The Podium: including 04 commercial floors for retail sales. A part of 03rd and 04th floors is the cinema with 08 cinema complexes;of which, 01 cinema havingover 300 seats, which is considered one of the biggest cinemas in Ho Chi Minh City at the present. In addition, the 5thfloor is a five-star wedding hall with 04 modern and stylish design halls.
The Tower: including 13 floors used for offices.
The Office – Commercial – Service Building has been invested by Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company and Truong Hai Auto Corporation (THACO), the main construction company is Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company.
The construction started on September 21, 2015.
